Testimony Time!!!

Today I want to share a testimony of what Jesus had done in my life as a Blesser!

When I was in my teenage years, I suffered from low self esteem and financial problem in my family. Those who know me longer will know that on and off, I will not have a single cent in my pocket, when I go out with friends, I will have to fast, so as to save money and continue to fellowship with them. And of course, I will always pray and fast for God's to intercept in the midst of all these low seasons on my life.

Indeed my life was greatly blessed, with all His leading, comfort in times of needs and blessings that always come on time! I remember I seldom live a life of lack, though sometimes I don't have any cent in my pocket, I still continue to trust, and financial blessings will always come unexpectedly, esp these 2 or 3 years, I never live in lack, though most of the time is just enough. I kept believing and confessing that one day I will not only live in just enough, but in abundance, that people ard me will be blessed! Cos I believe in Gen 12, I'm blessed so that the nation can be blessed!

2 years back when I first graduated, I manage to find a job as an Account Assistant (AA) very fast, though only work for like only 1 week, as I really don't like the working environment and help out as an Administrator in CitiBank for about 10mths, in between, I was offered to convert to perm staff, but due to headcount freeze, it was delayed and further delayed, slowly as I wasn't suitable for the job, I left the company. During this period, this job had tided me through my 5th Arise and Build. This is the first time I managed to fulfilled my pledge, I'm so excited!!!

After leaving this job, I found a new job within a month, as an AA (Inventory) in my current company, Baxter Healthcare. This is the same company I went for my attachment during my poly years. Which is 1 reason why I got the job easily hehe :).
Just after a few days of work, my big boss suggest me to convert from a 3rd party contract staff to be under BHA contract, which pays me an increment of alomost 30%, it's the amount that I pledge for my previous Arise and Build!!! I am so excited about God and His blessings!

As I mentioned earlier that my contract with BHA gg to end next Friday, and I decided not to extend my contract for another 2 months, and I believe God will provide me with a better job. For a moment, I do felt my future seen uncertain, I don't know when can I find a job, will I have the money to give for this year BF, my HK trip etc? And I don't really know what I want? Shall I move to other line, or stay in Acct?

Amazing things do happened. I finally sent out my first resume to apply for job on Sun (26th Aug 2007), received a call the next morning from a job agent, Celia, went to meet her during lunch time. She submitted my resume to 3 of her clients. Out of which 2 replied (1 on Monday itself, 1 on Tuesday morning) and went down for interviews on Tuesday (1 with SITA, another with MTV).
On Wednesday, few hours before lunch, Celia called and told me SITA will like to offered me the position of Accounts Payable, they even increase the pay they initiately offered!
Took a few hours to decide, and finally accept the offer at 3pm, after praying and consult my friends and leaders!!!

All these happened within 4 days! :)
On Wednesday night, God reminded me sth, my current job pay increase, is the amt I gave for the last 2 months of my 6th Arise and Build!!!
Indeed God is faithful and great all the time.
I'm believing God for a faith amt to pledge and will do my best to fulfil it, regardless what I will get in return, simply cos I love Him and want to be King David and Solomon, who built God a great house! :)

As I was sms Aaron and my friends about this great blessings, I was reminded of sth I told Aaron jokingly a few years back.
Some of my ex-cgm left church as they kept sowing, but can't seen to see breakthrough... and I replied to Aaron, "they only sow for 1 year and they are tired of waiting... how about me? Even longer than them!"
Indeed, God's time and plan is always best, now is the time I am reaping my harvest!!! :) and be someone who will sow into other's life, just like how Aaron and Jeremy had when I was still under their guidance. I will be a great blesser, just like my great Daddy and my 2 guardians! :)

I've made up my mind of what I want to do! To fulfil the dream of opening a cafe... hopefully not just 1, but a chain! Yesh, I believing God for this vision. First I need to save money, I will need to work hard and trust God for the provision.

God is great!
Don't be weary of doing good, for in due season, you shall surely reap! Just got to keep tarry and wait upon Him :)
