Finally! Ended my first day of work! practically idled the whole day... simply because all my system, PC etc not up yet... hope tmr everything will be up!
but had a fun time using my colleague's ID to explore the co's intranet... and found out I can rent a chalet at a real cheap price... and borrow an entry pass to Zoo, Science Centre and Bird Park for free... but need to be the first one to apply for it I guess? but good thing is they will give priority to people who apply for the first time haha
Today was my Orientation Day, left the office quite early at 3.45pm, so happy! wanted to buy muffins from the famous stall at Tanjong Pagar, but it started raining, thus decide to go home instead...
Orientation was fun, get to interact with people from diff division/dept etc, though not with all of them. Had a fun time with the quiz and games hehe
I start to fall in love with my current company after the orientation, really looking forward to start my 1st day tmr!!!
Oh ya, forgot to mention... my beautiful Winnie the Pooh china bag torn on the way back to Changi Airport? ya, when I send it off at the check in counter, it was still okay, the next time I saw it, it came on a car... then I realised it's torn from the bottom... sobb
I finally went for a swim... after 2-3 years? or even longer? hehe really enjoyed myself, but my standard had dropped... got to buck myself up more hehe
Hey! I'm back from BBK!!! Wasn't affected by the politics situation there at all, and I got to see 1 of the politician out CTC, trying to get votes from the locals :)
Day 1: woke up at 6.15am, with my dad and mum came to my room to ask me what time I need to go off... my dad even ask, has the trip been cancel? well he hoped that, given the situation was bad as reported hehe... Took a cab lift from Geraldine, was caught in traffic jams.. and the cab driver almost fall aslp, thus we kept talking to him and reached the airport ard 8.40am and met up with Angela... Had to pay for our baggages when we check in, then off we go for breakfast in the transit area. Reach BBK airport ard 12.30pm and head off to our Baiyoke Sky Hotel!!! Wah we stay on the 65th floor! Nice room, nice bed, nice view, nice bathroom!!! hehe Then off to shop around before dinner at 6pm, missed out the buffet, as we forgot to book earlier, thus went nearby for dinner at this Black Crayon Cafe... hmm not nice!!! Then bought fruits back to eat, wah the mango, pineapple are s sweet! yummy!!
Day 2 we shop again, at different shoppings malls and streets, then dinner manage to go for the buffet! quite nice, but not as nice as seen on the pictures.
Day 3 went CTC and Chinatown to buy tibits, then back to hotel to drop our stuffs before dinner and shopping!
Day 4 Checked out of Baiyoke sky and checked in to Baiyoke Boutique. the room was half of Sky and the toilet abit cramp, but overall is a nice hotel :) Spent most of our day in the hotel before going out to shop again :)
Day 5 Shopping again. At Amari Watergate hotel area. was so tired and was raining, thus whine that I wanted to take a cab back to hotel, but in the end, we didn't as the drivers didn't want to use the meter and the price they quoted was so ex!, thus we managed to walk back to hotel. In between, we shopped abit and had sandwiches for our dinner, and followed by packing our bags
Day 6 Managed to extend our room to 1pm instead of 12pm. and went off to do last minute shopping nearby at Platinum, wanted to buy shoes, but can't see anything I like, bought some more clothes and bags for myself and friends! Went back to hotel and pack our stuffs before checking out. I bought a chinabag to put my extra stuffs and shared the bag with Angela to save on baggage fees at the airport. Left our bag at the hotel counter, then went for lunch at the hotel cafe, before shopping at Indra Regent shopping centers, bought somemore stuffs. Wanted to go for massage, but can't go with a full stomach :(
I think I need a massage now hehe.
Really enjoyed myself and my 2 beloved realised sth about me, questions I kept asking were, "where are we going?", "which direction?", "are we reaching?", "I want to take cab!", "har? what are you 2 talking about?"
And I frequent the Watsons alot! hehe
Really enjoyed myself with the 2 of them! Hope we can go for another trip with them real soon!!!
Yeah!!! I'm flying off to Bangkok tmr!!! A 6D5N trip with Angela and Geraldine! originally was 4D3N, due to unmet circumstances, we had addn 2D over there!!! Well, will be staying in 2 hotels, Baiyoke Sky and Baiyoke Boutique. Why 2 hotels? Cos the latter is cheaper! hehe Believe will enjoy myself alot alot alot!
Yes! 5mths back I was reminded by God of the vision of going to SOT in yr 2008! It took me awhile and overcome everything before I finally got in and not I've graduated! :)
All the memories of nervous, angry, frustration, joy, sad etc I've experienced all... even thought of giving up half way through, but I've overcome them and make it to the finishing line of this SOT race!
A brand new journey had just began! another race to run :)
Well... it's more like a holiday trip for me, as not involve in any of the planning or any area (was allocated as usher, at the balcony, nothing much to do either)
2 person to a room, went shopping, supper, foot massage, eat and sleep haha
The church is so nice! Just like Old Hollywood building, but sitting capacity of 1800! didn't get to take much photos, as my memery card was full upon arriving!!! my brother didn't back up and I didn't check! sob~
Anyway was a fun trip, I bought a pair shoes, blushers, eye shadow and eyes mask! and of course ate A&W!!!
haha my team member was saying he want to bring A&W back to Singapore! Hope he meant it and will put into action :P =====================================================
Just got back my exam results, so far I passed GS/CL/VL, GOHS, FT1 and FT2 waiting for FFM and Homelitics and taking Theology and SOTM next Wed :)
Got to rush my remaining assignments written, listening and reading!

I went shopping on Monday at Lot 1, with my $50 voucher from the section at the start of this year.
Lo and behold, when I make payment with the vouchers, the gal over the counter says it is expired!!! sob!!!
I was so shock!!! In the midst of my grief, i felt a still small voice telling me, to go to the information counter to ask for extension... I obey and start looking for it... and the queue was so long... almost wants to give up queueing and go home and grieve... but i persist on and visualise it would be extended!
and of course, de vision do step in of me at home crying and complaining here..
I didn't give up and finally is my turn, and the lady was so kind, despite all the busyness, she immediately stamp with a new chop for me!!!
Oh ya, forgot to mention... I went KTV 2 weeks (28th June) back!!!

hehe we went for dinner and decided to go k... think all not very on, except myself, really thank you all to accompany me, I've been feeling down for very long and 1 2 release myself hehe
had a fun time, we sang from almost 1am till 6am haha =======================================================
i actually took his car home... after mths of cold war... well... it's still not over till now... I can let go and let God... but just not ready to get any favor from him? just felt uneasy with him ard...
Sat after duty, went to 85 market, been quite awhile since we went there, I only ordered fried prawn noodles and went off to buy drinks, when I came back to my table, it's already full of food!
the Sunday after svc, and Usher Training svc, had my cheesecake, while I made and share with alot of ppl, then we (kor, Xiu, Jean, Gaius, Carrie, Andy, Matt) went to Bedok to tried this Chinese Thai restuarant recommanded by 92, wah again ate alot! and was so so so full by the time 92 and the rest reach, we are almost done with our food. Thanks kor for treating us :)
Took these 2 pic after school today, Pst Kong came to do lesson 12 and 14 of Cultural Mandate, thus all the plasma tv are up again :)
Woke up feeling very happy, cos I remember I'm fasting today! haha addicted to fasting again, it used to be my fav 'hobby' according to Aaron papa haha is great to fast!
Oh I made a Rocky Road Cheesecake last Friday... and I only took 2 pic of it.. cos I forgot haha
yummy, alot of nuts inside... but I don't like Walnut... jsut taste weird in it..

hmm... actually I almost forgot to take the pic... is bonus to have the pic though, cos I managed to find this last pic in my fridge after my dinner, and is thus my desserts for the night, when I'm almost finished, I remember I haven't take a single pic haha

Anyway... time flies... and it's the count down period of SOT... excited? sad? happy? not very sure... just felt that time really flies if you are not careful...
1st Mission Trip update... Went Kedah, Pst Daniel's church... oh man, he is so young! i think 1yr younger than me? and he already found his destiny and calling! And heard his other half and monther is attending this yr's SOT... my coursemate woh... but don't know who haha
Had fun time being an usher there, well... just somehow 1 my IC's runner spotted me.. and ask me to do usher... hmmm I tried to shun... cos Xiu says, go mission trip must do something diff... but back to Ushering, quite zobo also... while I manage to shun the Hall move from Hall 8 to 1, I did chair arrangement there lor haha...
Didn't really get to mix with the youth there... hmm sob~ maybe I'm just too shy... Some unhappy things happened... but it made me grow up and realise this world is not perfect and I'm not either, instead of dwelling in them, I shall move on and make sure I don't commit the same mistakes!
My ah mama was sick for a few weeks, she suddenly look so weak... but am glad she's healed now! and the smile and glow in her eyes are back :) keep praying for her!
My ah di is back from UK finally!!! :) Had a party to welcome him back, to read more, pls refer to another blog entry by my kor kor, under the link Hao Hao :)
The Week with Pst Kong: Happened to be my PA week, have to report at 6.30am every morning! and I wasn't late at all, except 1st day... cos the attd team set up late.. my Lao Da say will appeal for us! haha Thanks Will for driving Xiao Xuan, Huiling and me to sch every morning! If not will cab for the whole week, my pocket will burn a big big hole!
Helped out with the luncheon for Pst Kong with the international students also! and We got to eat all of them!! and Pst Yong prepared some dishes as well... yum yum! But was scolded... cos commit some mistake here and there... which I shldn't have done... :(
(while typing, I smelt durian!!! yum yum! my bro's friend bought durian for us! yum yum)
Preaching Test: preached for the 1st 5 times of my life... hmm the sermon just got from oki to bad.. that I redo all my sermon before I submit the following, at least i can be at peace that I did my best.... I was evaluated by Gabriel, Dev, Jimmy, Wenkai and Pst Ming Learnt alot from all of them, I might not have a chance to preach again.. but will always remember the fun time when I preach... my friend says I look confident... but somehow my confident level drop from day to day... on the day Jimmy came... I don't why I was so nervous that I can't even talk well and was trembling...
Deliverance Week: The sat before this week... I was at church having mtg, kept hearing a voice telling me to stand up an dwalk out from the mtg, I am wasting my time at church, shld go home and rest instead... was so terrible that I struggle and cried half way through... I decide to stay for svc, and felt better after the sermon, I'm glad I stayed. just like what Madeline told me before, when the devil attacked me, I shld fight back and persist on, shan't let him win! I shall fight till he hides at one corner!
Was a great week, Pst Mike prayed for me, had casted out spirit of rejection and fear... not once, but twice! just somehow, the week earlier, suddenly i will sense a spirit of fear even when I'm at church, CG or with people I'm closed with... i have to keep speaking in tongues and meditate on the WOG to calm myself. as for spirit of rejection... hmm been with me since young? and lately alot of things happened... Ruth was the one who prayed for me on the 2nd day... Oh ya, very interesting how pst Mike end up laying hand on me... well I was helping out and happened to be near him, initiately he walk the other way, and he turned back to me, and keep looking at me, then pom, i'm down and start crying like a baby, 2 person prayed for me... was quite confusing as at 1 point of time, i heard 1 prayer on my left, another on my right... I don't know who to response to.. finally the one on the left end her prayers on casting out spirit of divination while the right star after awhile casting out spirit of rejection and fear, and the person who prayed for me was Ruth, my lao da's buddy.
On the last day, I prayed for 1 of my team member, Jiale, wah so happy, I get to pray for someone and deliver her half? cos the other party who initiate the prayer, end off the while thing.. while I just felt it's not over... but she ask Jiale to stand up and gave her a hug already when she still look lost... I actually 1 2 cont to pray for her... but ... lack of courage?
Pst Mike taught us alot this year, unlike previous yrs, whenever I attend wkend svc with him, he only talk about how deliverence took place, it is alot deeper into it this time round, I get to learn how to discern spirit, meditate WOG, impactation etc.
To think I nearly gave up a few weeks earlier... really want to throw in the white cloth... Just felt I'm not in the right condition to continue... but just like what I've seen, before great things gg to happened, opposition will take place... I can't say I'm very li hai or what... but indeed a spiritual warfare is going on, which I wan't able to sense it till last week, that if I were to give up then, I won't be set free and go on to another level with God... the intimacy I used to have with God when I was younger, all seems to come back, just as I've been longing for... Thank You Lord!
Current Week: 1 project reading 2 exam papers 3 assignments bible reading Five Fold Ministries with Pst Ming
6 more weeks! and SOT will end.. it just seems so fast!! friendships, hardship, slacking!
Yeah! the day has come, going to set off to my first Mission Trip to Kedah, Malaysia in about 14hr time :)
Well... when I first started SOT, I was allocated to a team where I know none of the people (some I only know by face) and when I sign up for mission trip, on the day of 1st briefing, I realised, I know none of them either (Today I saw some familiar faces, but only talked a few times, like hi and bye? )
I believe God is preparing me to be more independent through SOT, I will step out of comfort zone and get to know people outside my circle :)
Really look forward to the trip and things I will encounter!

- My family in Singapore, good health and protection - No motion sickness (I'm gg 2read my bible and my assignment text on the way there) - Safe trip to and fro - God's leading be upon me as I do my little parts in the mission trip - I will be an encourager to the youth there anything led by the Holy Spirit to pray for me :)
been quite encouraging! as the previous many times... I tried to speak a word, verse over my fellow classmates had not been successful... oh well... I really must pray up and be deeply in love with God more and more every single day!
hmm realized sth... been a Christians for the past few years,,, but I don't really know what's my spiritual gift! I really hope I can find out by end of this series on Gift of the Holy Spirit!

Oh yeah! been greatly blessed! believe the verse of my life is Gen 12:1-3. I'm called to be a blessing to people ard me, to the world I'm living in.
Whatever thing I do, I will be a blesser, just like my heavenly Father. When I worked under a job agency, though part of my pay will be given as a commission to the agent, God taught me to see it as a way of blessings others! whenever I work and get paid, another person is being blessed too!
And lately I helped 2 of my friends to get a ride from AMK to school, through my team member, though not every week, is a blessing :) and in return I found another team member staying in Marsiling and I for a ride from him every single morning :) and last Fri, was walking past him and his friend, happened to see 2 books in his hand, 1 of it was The Gifts and Ministries of the Holy Spirit, the book I'm short off, and asked them do they know of anyone who has an extra copy to learn me, and he passed me that book and in fact he gave it to me as a gift! I'm so blessed!!!
And not to mention, I found my calling to be a good shepherd over my sheep in UM, my team and training dept. As Pst Aries led us in prayers, I told God, I'm nobody, just someone who is full of weaknesses (esp I've just went through a diff time, it just come on time!) will He still be willing to use me? God then show me a vision of my 2 beloved Esther and Guang Ren. I sense in my heart, that I shan't keep them with me without training and equip them with skills, info, etc to be a leader. and my training dept, shall really org the things well and learn to delegate work load down!
Got to keep on keeping on! and everything starts by Praying! that's what our church is emphasizng now!

the Sunday after svc, and Usher Training svc, had my cheesecake, while I made and share with alot of ppl, then we (kor, Xiu, Jean, Gaius, Carrie, Andy, Matt) went to Bedok to tried this Chinese Thai restuarant recommanded by 92, wah again ate alot! and was so so so full by the time 92 and the rest reach, we are almost done with our food. Thanks kor for treating us :)
Took these 2 pic after school today, Pst Kong came to do lesson 12 and 14 of Cultural Mandate, thus all the plasma tv are up again :)
Woke up feeling very happy, cos I remember I'm fasting today! haha addicted to fasting again, it used to be my fav 'hobby' according to Aaron papa haha is great to fast!
Oh I made a Rocky Road Cheesecake last Friday... and I only took 2 pic of it.. cos I forgot haha

hmm... actually I almost forgot to take the pic... is bonus to have the pic though, cos I managed to find this last pic in my fridge after my dinner, and is thus my desserts for the night, when I'm almost finished, I remember I haven't take a single pic haha

Anyway... time flies... and it's the count down period of SOT... excited? sad? happy? not very sure... just felt that time really flies if you are not careful...
1st Mission Trip update... Went Kedah, Pst Daniel's church... oh man, he is so young! i think 1yr younger than me? and he already found his destiny and calling! And heard his other half and monther is attending this yr's SOT... my coursemate woh... but don't know who haha
Had fun time being an usher there, well... just somehow 1 my IC's runner spotted me.. and ask me to do usher... hmmm I tried to shun... cos Xiu says, go mission trip must do something diff... but back to Ushering, quite zobo also... while I manage to shun the Hall move from Hall 8 to 1, I did chair arrangement there lor haha...
Didn't really get to mix with the youth there... hmm sob~ maybe I'm just too shy... Some unhappy things happened... but it made me grow up and realise this world is not perfect and I'm not either, instead of dwelling in them, I shall move on and make sure I don't commit the same mistakes!
My ah mama was sick for a few weeks, she suddenly look so weak... but am glad she's healed now! and the smile and glow in her eyes are back :) keep praying for her!

The Week with Pst Kong: Happened to be my PA week, have to report at 6.30am every morning! and I wasn't late at all, except 1st day... cos the attd team set up late.. my Lao Da say will appeal for us! haha Thanks Will for driving Xiao Xuan, Huiling and me to sch every morning! If not will cab for the whole week, my pocket will burn a big big hole!
Helped out with the luncheon for Pst Kong with the international students also! and We got to eat all of them!! and Pst Yong prepared some dishes as well... yum yum! But was scolded... cos commit some mistake here and there... which I shldn't have done... :(
(while typing, I smelt durian!!! yum yum! my bro's friend bought durian for us! yum yum)
Preaching Test: preached for the 1st 5 times of my life... hmm the sermon just got from oki to bad.. that I redo all my sermon before I submit the following, at least i can be at peace that I did my best.... I was evaluated by Gabriel, Dev, Jimmy, Wenkai and Pst Ming Learnt alot from all of them, I might not have a chance to preach again.. but will always remember the fun time when I preach... my friend says I look confident... but somehow my confident level drop from day to day... on the day Jimmy came... I don't why I was so nervous that I can't even talk well and was trembling...
Deliverance Week: The sat before this week... I was at church having mtg, kept hearing a voice telling me to stand up an dwalk out from the mtg, I am wasting my time at church, shld go home and rest instead... was so terrible that I struggle and cried half way through... I decide to stay for svc, and felt better after the sermon, I'm glad I stayed. just like what Madeline told me before, when the devil attacked me, I shld fight back and persist on, shan't let him win! I shall fight till he hides at one corner!
Was a great week, Pst Mike prayed for me, had casted out spirit of rejection and fear... not once, but twice! just somehow, the week earlier, suddenly i will sense a spirit of fear even when I'm at church, CG or with people I'm closed with... i have to keep speaking in tongues and meditate on the WOG to calm myself. as for spirit of rejection... hmm been with me since young? and lately alot of things happened... Ruth was the one who prayed for me on the 2nd day... Oh ya, very interesting how pst Mike end up laying hand on me... well I was helping out and happened to be near him, initiately he walk the other way, and he turned back to me, and keep looking at me, then pom, i'm down and start crying like a baby, 2 person prayed for me... was quite confusing as at 1 point of time, i heard 1 prayer on my left, another on my right... I don't know who to response to.. finally the one on the left end her prayers on casting out spirit of divination while the right star after awhile casting out spirit of rejection and fear, and the person who prayed for me was Ruth, my lao da's buddy.
On the last day, I prayed for 1 of my team member, Jiale, wah so happy, I get to pray for someone and deliver her half? cos the other party who initiate the prayer, end off the while thing.. while I just felt it's not over... but she ask Jiale to stand up and gave her a hug already when she still look lost... I actually 1 2 cont to pray for her... but ... lack of courage?
Pst Mike taught us alot this year, unlike previous yrs, whenever I attend wkend svc with him, he only talk about how deliverence took place, it is alot deeper into it this time round, I get to learn how to discern spirit, meditate WOG, impactation etc.
To think I nearly gave up a few weeks earlier... really want to throw in the white cloth... Just felt I'm not in the right condition to continue... but just like what I've seen, before great things gg to happened, opposition will take place... I can't say I'm very li hai or what... but indeed a spiritual warfare is going on, which I wan't able to sense it till last week, that if I were to give up then, I won't be set free and go on to another level with God... the intimacy I used to have with God when I was younger, all seems to come back, just as I've been longing for... Thank You Lord!
Current Week: 1 project reading 2 exam papers 3 assignments bible reading Five Fold Ministries with Pst Ming
6 more weeks! and SOT will end.. it just seems so fast!! friendships, hardship, slacking!
Yeah! the day has come, going to set off to my first Mission Trip to Kedah, Malaysia in about 14hr time :)
Well... when I first started SOT, I was allocated to a team where I know none of the people (some I only know by face) and when I sign up for mission trip, on the day of 1st briefing, I realised, I know none of them either (Today I saw some familiar faces, but only talked a few times, like hi and bye? )
I believe God is preparing me to be more independent through SOT, I will step out of comfort zone and get to know people outside my circle :)
Really look forward to the trip and things I will encounter!

- My family in Singapore, good health and protection - No motion sickness (I'm gg 2read my bible and my assignment text on the way there) - Safe trip to and fro - God's leading be upon me as I do my little parts in the mission trip - I will be an encourager to the youth there anything led by the Holy Spirit to pray for me :)
been quite encouraging! as the previous many times... I tried to speak a word, verse over my fellow classmates had not been successful... oh well... I really must pray up and be deeply in love with God more and more every single day!
hmm realized sth... been a Christians for the past few years,,, but I don't really know what's my spiritual gift! I really hope I can find out by end of this series on Gift of the Holy Spirit!

Oh yeah! been greatly blessed! believe the verse of my life is Gen 12:1-3. I'm called to be a blessing to people ard me, to the world I'm living in.
Whatever thing I do, I will be a blesser, just like my heavenly Father. When I worked under a job agency, though part of my pay will be given as a commission to the agent, God taught me to see it as a way of blessings others! whenever I work and get paid, another person is being blessed too!
And lately I helped 2 of my friends to get a ride from AMK to school, through my team member, though not every week, is a blessing :) and in return I found another team member staying in Marsiling and I for a ride from him every single morning :) and last Fri, was walking past him and his friend, happened to see 2 books in his hand, 1 of it was The Gifts and Ministries of the Holy Spirit, the book I'm short off, and asked them do they know of anyone who has an extra copy to learn me, and he passed me that book and in fact he gave it to me as a gift! I'm so blessed!!!
And not to mention, I found my calling to be a good shepherd over my sheep in UM, my team and training dept. As Pst Aries led us in prayers, I told God, I'm nobody, just someone who is full of weaknesses (esp I've just went through a diff time, it just come on time!) will He still be willing to use me? God then show me a vision of my 2 beloved Esther and Guang Ren. I sense in my heart, that I shan't keep them with me without training and equip them with skills, info, etc to be a leader. and my training dept, shall really org the things well and learn to delegate work load down!
Got to keep on keeping on! and everything starts by Praying! that's what our church is emphasizng now!
