I would like to share a testimony of God's faithfullness.
Last week Meng How and Li Yun shared a testimony about sowing and reaping. Pst Tan then add on about there are times where we just sow into the kingdom of God without knowing what and when will we reap back. Never do we knew that, we are sowing into a moment where we need God and man's favor.
Today at work, I experience reaping back what I've been sowing.
I missed out a payment, and when I realised it, was almost 1 week overdue. Of course I was panicking and don't know how to answer to my counterparty. Initially, I was thinking, maybe I can just ignore her email till the next payment date... but it's just not right of me to do so... I finally picked up my courage and called my counterparty, to apologies for the mistake I've made, and I will try my best to process the invoice and payment asap!
I thought I will get a scolding for sure, to my surprise, she didn't scold me (no choice got to accept my mistake...) and say it's okay...
At this point, I recalled the moments when people around me (could be at work, ministry etc) made mistakes, I will choose to whine abit and at the end be lenient to them, and hope they will get it done asap.
Indeed, alot of time when I am lenient to people, and times I wondered why am I being so good, should have just scold them! It's just like what pst Tan shared, we are sowing for a moment where we need God to intervent for us!
God is good and His word never fails! Let us not be weary of doing good, for in due season we shall surely reap!
