Plans for 2008

Wrote some of these down last year.. think ard starts of Building Fund..

Family:
- Love my family more than I had for the past few years. I always says I love them.. but somehow, I seen to take them for granted... at times, lost my patience... no matter what happens... Home is still the place I will return...

Remember a few years back.. went through a very tough season of my life... and I sliped into depression... once, I was on my way home from CG.. I was all alone or rather lonely, that I called up my dad and ask him to pick me up from Bt Panjong... believe it hurts him to see me that way... and kept scolding people who hurt me...
Indeed, no matter how harsh my dad can be at times... he still loves me the way I am... but not willing to see me continue in the say way I am
Just like my heavenly Father! :)

- Salvation of my family esp my Ah Ma, she's 92 this year, and yet to know the Lord. Believe someone must be praying for me before I got save. I will pray for her too!

- Providence for my family
I'm the only one working among the 3 kids... and I shall work hard to provide for my parents esp they're 50+! it's time for me to take care of them liao


Spiritually
- need to pray more this yr... last yr been a yr of broken relationship... with God and people ard me.. It's only when God is in the center of my life, then I will have a balance!
-Bible reading, get connected with God through His word
- be sensitive and pro-active to the prompted of the Holy Spirit


Education
- Shall start planning the path to go back to school by end of Oct08 where my last school loan installment is done and Haohao will have graduate, unless he's doing his PHD


Ministry
- going to move on to a new team soon... hope to see them growing well and active to serve God. no longer as just an usher, but move on to the next level to lead the younger 1.

-Spend more time disciplining and building bond with people ard me.
I may be good at interacted with people ard me... but I do need the effort to build bondings and get into their life just like Jesus to Peter.
Not just someone who call them up for duty, but will be known as someone who impact their life in great ways!
Shall start praying and give them a visions in the ministry!


Relationship:
-CG: been to W435 for almost 7mths, yet don't really know the people. shall make it a point to connect with them and slowly meet 1 another need.
Shall join them for dinner once a mth after svc. if possible meet up during the week to fellowship!

Family: mentioned abv, to be closer and more unite to my family members, no longer treat my hse as a hotel, but a place where I know I'm home, protected!

Friends: got to renew all my contract once again... been so long eversince I last meet up with them! and of cos shall make new friends and build relationship

my other half: though don't know who yet, but if it's the right timing and right person came along, why not?


Career
- have more breakthroughs in teh thing I do, not just finish work and go home, but be someone who is cost, time efficient. using the least time to accomplish my work and also set new standard, for doing things.
sis Sock Peng shared a powerful msg today, she said this

"If you do not change the environment,
the environment will change you"

Which is true, why shall I allow politics to continue in my dept when I'm set as a light, a solution to them. Lord, pls lead and guide me!


Finance
- really been living years of mouth to hand... no saving yet.. no matter how hard I tried to saved, it just somehow will be save few mth down the road..
Pst Tan shared a great offering msg about tithing, if I've paid my tithe, my 90% are being protected, and I shall learn to use them wisely!
- be a generous giver! shall blog on this in the next post
